Lean In DC serves as an umbrella organization for Washington's Lean In circles. It seeks to create a space for conversations about gender bias and the leadership gap, and to empower more women to pursue leadership.
Lean In DC organizes speaker series, trainings, and networking happy hours. It invites experts on everything from managing difficult conversations to writing op-eds to lead trainings that arm Lean In DC members with specific tools to confront challenges in the workplace, take on roles as thought leaders, and feel empowered in their personal lives.
